  • What pandemic health and safety measures are in place?

To keep our riders safe, we have implemented  the following health and safety measures:

    • Vehicles are fully sanitized after each ride
    • We only transport one client at a time (one caregiver is permitted) to maintain physical distancing measures
    • Our drivers wear masks and gloves during the trip
    • All clients/caregivers entering the vehicle must first clean their hands with the sanitizer provided by the driver
    • We encourage all clients/caregivers to wear a mask during the duration of their ride

  • Who is eligible?

After you request transportation through the CT Link portal, you will be connected to a local transportation provider. They will instruct you on how to book future rides.
