Scheduled rides are available Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (Weekend and evening rides available upon request.)

Complete Online Form
Type in your address to find your local transportation partner, then fill out the simple online form.
We'll Call You
We will contact you at the phone number provided on the request form and ask you a few questions to learn more about your transportation needs.
Schedule Your Ride
Once you are enrolled in the program, a transportation provider will help you arrange your ride!
Keeping you safe for the ride
To keep our riders safe, some of our transportation providers have implemented the following health and safety measures:
- Vehicles are fully sanitized after each ride
- We only transport one client at a time (one caregiver is permitted) to maintain physical distancing
- Our drivers wear masks and gloves during the trip
- All clients/caregivers entering the vehicle must first clean their hands with the sanitizer provided by the driver
- We encourage all clients/caregivers to wear a mask during the duration of their ride
